Hello everyone! My name is Ryan Groll and this is how Clear Choice came to be - It's October 1st, 1997. Although at the time I am only two years old, this is the beginning of Clear Choice Enterprises' story. My dad Rob Groll has just started his construction company and that's where it all begins.

Hello everyone! My name is Ryan Groll and this is how Clear Choice came to be - It's October 1st, 1997. Although at the time I am only two years old, this is the beginning of Clear Choice Enterprises' story. My dad Rob Groll has just started his construction company and that's where it all begins.
Growing up I was always on jobs sites on the weekends with my dad. Moving this, nailing that, always learning and always busy. Fast forward 14 years, and as a 16 year old, I had decided that I would become a lawyer and leave the construction world. After some time in college and looking at the mounting debt associated with it, I decided that the family path in construction would be better for me. Now, more than a decade later it is clear that I made the correct choice. My dad and I continue to work together to this day and neither of us would change a minute of it.

Over the last couple of decades, my dad and I have been working largely with the same subcontractor teams. We firmly believe in developing a relationship with our teams and then continuing to develop together as we go. This isn't the case of finding the cheapest team to keep the margins as high as we can, that's not how we do things. Our

This isn't the case of finding the cheapest team to keep the margins as high as we can, that's not how we do things. Our teams know us, they know us as construction business men. They also know us as fathers, brothers and friends. Our teams do life with us, they aren't just a means to an end. With long standing relationships, we are bringing quality teams and quality human beings to your projects. People that care about the product we leave behind. Standing behind our teams and our quality is the backbone that has allowed us to do this for decades and will continue to allow us to do this for decades to come. There is no substitute.

Real Estate Agents - Here at Clear Choice, we have a culture that we have cultivated over the last decade plus of service in the industry. That culture is knowing the value of having one call to make to solve all the challenges that are in front our clients. Whether that be service work related to things wearing out or breaking, or maybe it's getting a residence ready to go on the market. Working with real estate agents is a big part of what we do. Understanding inspection resolutions, knowing that closing dates and timelines are the lifeline of real estate allows us to attack these items making our teams successful. Imagine making one phone call knowing that whatever needs to be done will be taken care of, that it will be done correctly and that it will done on time. That is what we offer here at Clear Choice. Nothing less than getting it done, done right and on time.
Homeonwners / Clients - The same "one call" philosophy applies to our individual clients as well. Service is our world. Handyman lists, honey do lists, all the way up to bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels. We handle it all. There are two cultural philosophies that we hold to at Clear Choice. The first one is - "Leave it cleaner than you found it!" That is something I've heard from my dad since I can remember. The second may sound cliché but we mean every word of it - "Treat every project as if it were your own". There are no other options for us, every project is held to the standards that we expect in our own homes. It's our family's name on the line when we call it complete.
